What is your new patient procedure?

Is bulk billing available?

We do not do bulk billing. However in most cases you will be able to access Medicare rebate on the cost or from private health insurance (if you are entitled)

Will my Medicare rebate cover my costs?

You will be entitled to a Medicare rebate if you are referred by your GP. However, there will be a “gap” fee payable

Will my private health insurance cover my costs?

A number of our services are rebatable under Medicare or by Private Health Insurance 

How much will it cost me?

Please refer to our fee schedule. Full fees including Medicare component are payable at the time of appointment by EFTPOS, Credit Card or cash. Online Medicare rebating of the fee except the “gap” is available at the clinic 

Why do I need to “pre-pay”?

The pre-payment covers all of the out-of-pocket costs associated with the services (eg ADD/ADHD Assessments etc) offered and presents an overall cost saving. These have to be pre-paid in order to confirm appointments.
