What is your new patient procedure?
Patients are required to provide a referral via their GP prior to any appointments. Referrals can be faxed to 8336 1113 or alternatively emailed to referrals@achalspecialistmedicalcentre.com.au

Is bulk billing available?
We do not do bulk billing. However in most cases you will be able to access a Medicare rebate on the cost or from private health insurance (if you are entitled)
Will my Medicare rebate cover my costs?
You will be entitled to a Medicare rebate if you are referred by your GP. However, there will be a “gap” fee payable
Will my private health insurance cover my costs?
A number of our services are rebatable under Medicare or by Private Health Insurance
How much will it cost me?
Please contact the clinic for our fee schedule. Online Medicare rebating of fees except the “gap” is available at the clinic
Why do I need to “pre-pay”?
The pre-payment covers all of the out-of-pocket costs associated with the services (eg ADD/ADHD Assessments etc) offered and presents an overall cost saving. These have to be pre-paid in order to confirm appointments.
